Enjoy deliciously fresh food created by the in-house team, sourced from their own orchards and allotment; free-range eggs come from down the road, the rest from local shire suppliers. Big greenie points abound: animal and bird rescue organisations release their charges into the thickets already populated with fox, deer and woodpecker.
